      Integration
      1. Incoming and outgoing webhooks are supported for integrating external information.
      2. Synology Chat will notify you of comments, mentions, and shared files in Synology Office.
      3. Monitor folders in Synology Office by binding channels with folders in Synology Office. Synology Chat will notify you upon the addition or removal of files in the folder.
      4. Chat Plugin is available for chatting on Synology MailPlus and Synology Office installed on the same NAS.

    Limitation & Known Issues

    1. To use Synology Chat in Safari, make sure you have disabled the Content Security Policy (CSP) in DSM > Control Panel > Security.
    2. File download/upload for encrypted channels is not supported in Safari.
