Synology^® Announces the Winners of DSM 2.2 Beta Reward Program

Taipei, Taiwan—September 10, 2009—Synology^® Inc. today announced the winners of DSM 2.2 beta reward program. Launched in July 2009, the reward program encouraged Synology Disk Station beta users to submit ideas, suggest features, and report issues found in the testing of DSM 2.2 beta on their Disk Stations. The objective of this reward program is to tap into Disk Station users' ideas in order to enhance the DSM 2.2.

"In view of the tremendous number of participants and precious feedback, we decide to upgrade the rewards from three units of DS109 to five units of DS109+," said Edward Lin, marketing director of Synology. The DSM 2.2 beta has attracted over 10,000 enthusiastic users to participate in within one month and a half.

The five DS109+ winners and their acceptance speeches are shared as follows:
