Initially, SLC Group relied on an on-prem directory server, which, while effective in the early stages, began to falter as the company scaled. The increasing number of connected clients led to performance and reliability issues. As more clinics were added, each required a VPN connection back to the main office, making them vulnerable to disruptions. Furthermore, with the adoption of new cloud-hosted email and productivity solutions, there was a pressing need to safely connect their directory server to these services and enable the convenience of single-sign-on (SSO).

Security & Scalability: Beyond its secure framework, C2 Identity, paired with C2 Password, emerged as a formidable solution for team password management. Designed with scalability in mind, it became an invaluable asset for SLC Group's rapid expansion phase.
