PACS (ang. Picture Archiving and Communication System) to system zarządzania danymi klinicznymi, składający się z wielu technologii obrazowania medycznego o otwartym kodzie źródłowym, aplikacji do archiwizacji z interfejsem użytkownika (dcm4che), przeglądarki DICOM viewer (weasis), funkcji zarządzania tożsamością i dostępem (Keycloak) oraz wymaganego środowiska (Wildfly). System PACS może służyć do przechowywania, przeglądania i przesyłania obrazów medycznych i raportami cyfrowymi w formacie DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) oraz zarządzania nimi.
