Synology is committed to minimizing service downtime should a hardware failure occur. By applying online for Synology Replacement Service (SRS), you can receive replacement products as early as the next business day, even before returning the defective products.

• Only certain Synology products in selected locations are supported by SRS.
• A Synology Account that your product is registered to.
• Your Synology product was purchased from an authorized local distributor or reseller.

1. Sign in to your Synology Account and go to the Devices page. Click on Add Device on the upper-right corner to register your device to your Synology Account before proceeding to the next step.
   
2. Go to the Support page and click Create Support Ticket > Create SRS Ticket.
   
3. Review the Synology Replacement Service Terms and Conditions and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
   
4. Indicate the issues you have encountered and attach the required information.
   
5. Fill out the shipping address information.²
   
6. Read and accept the Terms of Services and Privacy Statement. Click Submit to proceed with your application.
   
7. To view the ticket status and its details, go to the Support tab and click on the support ticket field. Synology will respond to your SRS request and other technical support tickets within 24 hours.
