Known issues

Recovery Tool

  • If encounter any problem booting the device after recovery, please try to have the disk cleaned through the recovery media (Enter command: clean all), then try to recover again. If there is no need to recover to a certain version backed up by the older build, for testing, you can backup the task again with the new build then try to recover the newer version.

  • If a system volume is backed up as a custom volume previously, the version of the task backed up with the older build may not be recovered with the recovery media.

  • If the custom volume is being recovered to an unallocated disk, the partition table is set to be MBR by default, and it is not supported to recover a custom volume that is larger than 2 TB.
