Returns & Refunds
Where does Synology Store ship to?
Items purchased on Synology Store will only be shipped to addresses in the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. No shipments can be made to P.O. box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States.
When will I receive my products after placing an order?
After an order has been placed, it will take on average 3-7 business days for products to arrive, depending on your location and chosen shipping option.
Do I need to pay for shipping?
Shipping fees will vary depending on your shipping address and chosen delivery method. Free standard shipping is available for orders of $200.
Free standard shipping is applicable only for shipping addresses in the contiguous United States (all states except for Alaska and Hawaii).
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
No. Once the order is completed with payment, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you wish to ship to another address, please cancel the order and place another one.
What payment methods are available for Synology Store?
Acceptable payment methods include credit cards and debit cards issued by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
Can I change my payment method after placing the order?
No. The charge is made right after the order is placed. If you wish to change the payment method, please cancel the original order and place a new one.
Returns & Refunds
How many days do I have to initiate a return?
All products sold by Synology Store can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase (according to the invoice date). Learn more about our sales and return policy.
What is the return process?
To return the purchased item(s), please follow the steps below:
1. Sign in to your Synology Account. Go to Subscriptions & Orders > Synology Store, find your order and click it to view order details. The "Return items" button will be available if it is currently within 30 days of the purchase date (invoice date).
2. After applying for a return, follow the provided instructions and pack the product(s) in its original packaging with the original components along with return documents, and mail it back to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and insurance if any.
When we receive your return, we will inspect the condition of the returned items and confirm your return. If the return is accepted, the refund process will start immediately. Please note the shipping fees, if any, cannot be refunded.

What should I do if I receive a defective product or a product with missing accessories?
Create a support ticket by logging in to your Synology Account. Go to Subscriptions & Orders > Synology Store. Find your order and click "Contact us". Another method is to navigate to Support and click "Create Support Ticket".
When will I receive my refund after applying for a return?
After the return is received and confirmed, the refund process will start immediately and will be processed within 5-10 business days. Please contact your card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
Do you issue credit notes when refunds are made?
Yes. After the return is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with credit notes attached. You can also find the credit notes in your Synology Account under Subscriptions & Orders > Synology Store > Order Management > Your order > Download Invoice.
Where can I check my order status?
You can view your order status in your Synology Account under Subscriptions & Orders > Synology Store > Order Management > Your order.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, your order status and shipment tracking number can be found in your Synology Account under Subscriptions & Orders > Synology Store > Order Management > Your order.
Can I cancel my order right after purchase?
Yes. You can cancel your order before the order status turns to "Shipped". Once the product has been shipped out, you can only initiate a return.
Upon order cancellation, the full refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. Please contact your card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
Can I modify my order?
No. The order can not be modified. If you want to modify any part of your order, please cancel the order and place a new order instead.
Where can I find my invoice?
You can find your invoice in your Synology Account under Subscriptions & Orders > Synology Store > Order Management > Your order > Download Invoice.
