Limitations

  • Active Insight can monitor up to 50 hosts for one Synology Account
  • One Synology Account can be a delegate of up to 15 Synology Accounts
  • Hyper Backup status monitoring does not include LUN backup tasks
  • In a high-availability cluster, only the active server is monitored
