I own a DS109+ and am very satisfied with this product. Beautiful enclosure with a very quiet fan – you don’t hear it when your music or TV is playing. My Philips LCD TV can access the Diskstation via network, and play music, photos as well as videos without any problem. Just to test it, I plugged my Terratec AureonDual USB sound card to the USB port, connected with my speakers, and lo and behold! The Audiostation played music via the USB sound card and my speakers. The only thing missing is a remote control. At the moment, this is done via Diskstation’s homepage, with the help of my Nokia mobile. Congratulation! An all-round successful product that one can recommend to others in good conscience.
