• Physical products will be shipped within 1-2 business days after order confirmation, but the timeframe may be longer due to holidays or other circumstances.
• Non-physical products (such as virtual license keys) will be sent to the email address linked to your Synology Account once the order is confirmed. Please store your license key in a secure location to prevent unauthorized access or loss. Synology will not send a replacement for lost license keys.

All products sold by Synology Store can be returned within 30 days from the invoice date. Before returning an item, please note:

• When returning bundled products, all items in the bundle must be returned together.
• Products received as part of any promotions must also be returned.
• Unsealed software or licenses are not eligible for return.
• Activated non-physical products (such as license keys) are not eligible for return.
• Before returning a device, ensure all data has been erased from it, including but not limited to HDDs, SSDs, and other devices with data storage capacity.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the returned items and confirm your return request. If the return is approved, the refund process will start immediately. Please note that any original shipping fees will not be refunded.
