In addition to protecting data across stores and district offices, the headquarters RackStation also safeguards Microsoft 365 data and virtual machine workloads. By integrating seamlessly with the organization's existing IT infrastructure, Synology provides a flexible data protection platform that strengthens overall backup resilience and disaster recovery readiness.

To modernize its email infrastructure, Tom's World Philippines deployed Synology MailPlus, establishing a scalable and flexible communication platform aligned with its operational needs. 

MailPlus enables the organization to accommodate a growing workforce through a shared storage pool, allowing IT to allocate capacity based on actual demand rather than rigid per-user quotas — effectively eliminating the recurring storage shortages that previously disrupted employee productivity.

Additionally, MailPlus's support for multiple domains and flexible user permission settings enables more efficient management of critical communications and simplifies troubleshooting across the organization.
