• This is a beta version of the Synology Photos mobile app for iOS.

What’s new

• Supports stacking similar items, viewable in Timeline and the Album page.
• Supports items moved to another space to be flagged for free-up from your phone, instead of showing as out-of-sync changes (Requires Synology Photos 1.8 or later on DSM).

Fixed issues

• Fixed an issue where sharing certain large-size items from third-party apps might cause the Synology Photos mobile app to crash.
• Fixed an issue where Shared Space folders exceeding 1,000 might not display correctly.
• Fixed an issue where the app interface might be stuck during searches.

• Enhanced the sharing mechanism to help users find frequently used apps more quickly when sharing items to third-party apps.
• Supports items moved to another space to be flagged for free-up from your phone, instead of showing as out-of-sync changes (Requires Synology Photos 1.8 or later on DSM).

• Enhanced backup stability by adjusting the checking mechanism to ensure that backup auto-resumes after the app was exited.
• Fixed an issue where Shared Space folders exceeding 1,000 might not display correctly.
• Fixed an issue where certain items might not be flagged for Free Up Space if they were re-uploaded to a different space, or uploaded after signing back in or relaunching the app.
• Fixed an issue where backup might not be resumed when the phone is charging.
• Fixed an issue where items might not display correctly and show an HTTP status 404 error message when signing in to the app using an alias.
• Fixed an issue where photo widgets might appear blurry.
• Fixed an issue where tapping the photo widget might be directed to a wrong photo in the app.
