Does Surveillance Station support my IP camera?

Please check the Surveillance Station IP camera Support List to see if your camera is supported.

Resolution

If your camera is not supported, try using the Generic or User Define setup to add it:

  • Generic setup: [Generic_brand] (e.g., [Generic_AXIS]) is a camera model setting option that supports most models. Surveillance Station automatically configures the IP camera according to its capabilities.
  • User Define setup: This function provides the best device compatibility and accommodates various types of network video streaming devices. As long as your device supports RTSP streaming, recorded footage can be saved to Surveillance Station.

Notes:

  • Certain camera manufacturers (e.g., Arlo, Nest, Ring, Xiaomi, YI, etc.) do not support integration with surveillance systems. If you still have problems adding IP cameras to Surveillance Station through the methods above, please fill in this form to suggest new camera models you wish to use with Surveillance Station.
