Synology Community reinvents interactions for our enthusiasts

A place to answer all your Synology questions

TAIPEI, Taiwan—September 26, 2018—Synology Inc. today announced that the Community is now online to engage Synology enthusiasts, to answer users' technical questions, and to lead more discussions. This would enhance the interactions between entry-level users and senior/professional users, and create another problem-solving approach for all our users.

The Community will replace the forum established in 2006, which has collected about 490K posts from about 128K users. Enthusiasts played an active role in the forum and answered questions from all kinds of users. "We understand the importance of the user-centered ecosystem, and forum had provided us with avid insight and valuable market information," said Max Wu, Product Marketing Manager at Synology Inc. "We expect our brand new Community to reshape the ecosystem and reinforce the platform of sharing their Synology experiences."

Apart from the launch of the Community to stimulate more interactions between users, Synology's new blog is also online to share timely and insightful information with our users.
