Where can I install Synology ChatPlus and Meet?You can install Synology ChatPlus and Meet via the Beta Program tab in the Package Center in your DSM.What platforms do Synology ChatPlus and Meet support?To run Synology ChatPlus and Meet, your Synology device must be on DSM 7.3.0 or later and belong to the x86_64 series. The applications are available through the web portal and on the dedicated app for mobile devices and tablets.Do Synology ChatPlus and Meet require licensing fees?Synology ChatPlus and Meet come with a free plan that includes instant messaging, video conferencing and webinars. For advanced features such as role-based access control and advanced security, licenses are required.Which account systems do Synology ChatPlus and Meet support, and do they support SSO (Single Sign-On) login?ChatPlus and Meet support integration with domain, LDAP and local accounts, allowing flexible configuration based on your organization's needs. Regarding login mechanisms, SSO is also supported.Can Synology Meet be used or purchased without Synology ChatPlus?No. Synology Meet is an integrated feature of Synology ChatPlus. To use meeting and webinar features, you must access them from Synology ChatPlus, and all related files are displayed in the Meetings tab in Synology ChatPlus.Is it possible to add external or guest users?Synology ChatPlus supports access for external users through DSM local accounts created by administrators, while Synology Meet allows guests to join meetings without logging in.How to activate AI features?To activate Synology AI features, users can integrate their own API key in Synology AI Console, then enable AI features by package in the Permissions tab.
