• Display additional file and folder attributes.
• Apply and modify WriteOnce settings on files, such as locking files, extending retention periods, or converting lock states.

File Sharing Limitations

• File request links do not support folder uploads.

Search Limitations

• Regular search is not supported in remotely connected folders or mounted remote folders.

• Mount virtual drives, remote folders, and public cloud storage in File Station to access remote data locally.
• Connect local workflows to remote storage and file servers.
• Mount virtual drives to access optical disc image file content from .iso files.
• Mount remote folders from servers that support SMB1, SMB2, SMB3, or NFS.
• Connect to public cloud services and file servers through multiple protocols.
  • Supported public cloud services include:
    • Box
    • Dropbox, excluding Team Folder
    • Google Drive, excluding Shared Drive
    • Microsoft OneDrive
  • Supported protocols include:
    • FTP
    • SFTP
    • WebDAV
    • WebDAV HTTPS

Remote Access Limitations

• Virtual drives and .iso files can be mounted only to subfolders under shared folders.
• NFSv4 supports only the TCP protocol.
• Files stored in public cloud services or file servers cannot use certain functions, such as compression, extraction, or preview.
• Individual transfer speeds for each connected cloud service or file server are subject to user speed limit settings.

• File or folder names cannot contain a colon (:), a slash (/), start with ._, or use system-reserved names (such as . or ..).
