I see unreadable file names after uploading the files via FTP.
Answer :
To upload files via FTP, we suggest you use UTF-8-supported FTP programs, such as FileZilla or Cute FTP, to transfer your files. This can prevent the file names from becoming unreadable after transferring via Windows Explorer or Internet Explorer. The unreadable file names may be caused by the limited UTF-8 support in Windows.
If you wish to upload files via Windows Explorer, follow the steps below to disable UTF-8 file name support and set the proper codepage to avoid the issue:
- Disable UTF-8 file name support

- Go to the FTP tab at Main Menu > Control Panel > FTP.
- Uncheck the Enable UTF-8 filename support checkbox.
- Click Apply to save the changes.
- Set the codepage for non-Unicode filename conversion

- Go to Main Menu > Control Panel > Regional Options > Language.
- Select the language you need in the Codepage drop-down menu.
- Click Apply to save the changes.
