Why can't the lens of my LevelOne IP camera move back to the HOME position?

Several LevelOne IP camera models* do not have a default Home position. As a result, users will have to access the management page of LevelOne IP camera to configure "Preset position" first and assign it as the "Home position". Once this stage is completed, the moving "Home" function will then be activated.

To set up Home position for these LevelOne IP camera models at the present stage, please follow below steps:

1. Go to LevelOne IP camera management interface.
2. Go to Setting > Advance > Preset position > Setting.
3. Enter "home" in the Home Pos. Name field.
4. Enter "home" in the Name 1 field.
5. Save.
