Why can't I see Windows domain users in the User page of the web management UI?

Answer :

This is because you haven't set access rights for domain users. After the Synology Product is joined to a Windows domain, administrator has to go to the "Main Menu > Control Panel > Shared Folder" page of the web management UI, choose an share and click "Privileges Setup" button to set access rights for domain users. After that, administrator would be able to see the domain users on the "Main Menu > Control Panel > User" page, and set up further options for them.
