Synology Product supports Secure FTP by default when you enable the FTP service. Users can follow the steps below (based on FileZilla 3.0.11) to access Synology Product via Secure FTP:
- Enable FTP Service on the "Main Menu > Control Panel > FTP" page of the management UI.
- Download FileZilla from http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/.
- Start FileZilla.
- Click "File > Site Manager".
- Click the "New Site" button.
- Enter the Synology Product IP in the Host field.
- Enter the connecting username and password.
- In the Servertype section, choose "FTP over explicit TLS/SSL".
- Click "Connect".
