Synology RS3413xs+

This powerful RackStation offers the great performance of the RS10613xs+, but at an even more of an affordable cost. With an offering up to 136TBs of data storage using the RX1211, businesses are able to grow their storage as needed. Synology High Availability, allows for minimum downtime and provides notifications for system status.

Virtualization

Synology High Availability (SHA)

Downtime is expensive; the XS+ Series is designed to keep your business up and running. The XS+ series offers Synology High Availability- Simply set up an active/passive relationship between your two RackStations. If one was to go down, the second will automatically take over. This allows for maximum uptime, so your data can remain available and accessible. Each XS+ Unit also includes redundant fans and redundant power supplies, along with the DSM notifications to the IT Admin whenever there is an issue.

Synology Hybrid RAID or Classic RAID

DSM gives you the option of Synology Hybrid RAID (SHR). SHR is an automated RAID management system that provides 1 or 2 disk redundancy. Admins also have the choice of classic RAID.

Windows ACL/ADS Integration

Synology DiskStations offer support for access control lists (ACLs) for granular, NTFS-style permissions down to the file level. An ACL migration guide is available to help new users migrate data and retaining existing ACLs.

Additionally, DiskStations can be joined to ADS domains, tested with up to 100,000 users and groups. The domain users and groups can be used to assign share level privileges, or even assigning ACLs. Users can use the same credential to access many DiskStations on the same network.

Scalability to Help Your Business Grow

Any healthy business needs to plan for growth. Storage Manager allows you to add more hard drives to increase physical storage space, without changing your RAID setup or volume groups. So even if your business needs to grow storage space up to 424TB, it’s no problem. Our expansion unit adds up to 12 bays per unit, with the maximum being 106 bays- adding space is as simple as plug and play.

With the 5 year warranty program, not only will you receive the benefit of an additional two year coverage of hardware protection on the XS+, members also can receive Field Replacement Units (FRUs, or replacement parts) to service their RackStation. A priority phone number will be provided for all members of the 5 year warranty program, so your requests for replacement parts or units can be answered with priority.
