Synology is breaking into networking at CES Unveiled 2016. Their first router, RT1900AC, features dual band 2.4GHz and 5GHz, 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac with speeds up to 1900Mbps, and a very user friendly interface that works equally well on desktops or mobile devices.
The DS115j is a simplistic NAS meant to serve users that are looking for an inexpensive way to create a cloud for their home.
Rather than being built like a tank of a NAS, suitable for enterprise use like much of the other NASes that Synology has released this year, the DS416j is meant to be a much more affordable solution for simpler needs – although some of the more premium features are available.
