Synology Beta Program

Thank you for your interest in our Beta Programs. Your enthusiastic support for our Beta Programs will help uplift our products to a more robust quality.

Please go over the following program requirements and details. If you are interested and you think you can meet them, please apply the program of your choice by filling out the request form for that product.

Applying for a Program

Anyone who has owned the respective product and is interested in participating is welcome and encouraged to apply. All applicants will be reviewed by the Beta Programs manager, and then by the appropriate product team.

We will contact you only if you are chosen to participate in a Beta Program. If your current responses do not match the current profile, we will keep your name on file for future beta programs. We may contact you for any question necessary before we make our final decision.

Your task as a Beta Tester is to help us build a better, more stable product. You will be responsible for taking the time to report bugs and give us feedback. The feedback on the product during the beta period is extremely valuable in ensuring a successful release. If you are able to meet these requirements for our testing needs, please fill out the request form by clicking the product name in the table below.

We periodically release firmware upgrade to each product. If your product is not included in our beta program, please wait until we roll it in next time.

Will my product warranty be void if I join the beta?

No. The warranty will remain until it expires.

Is the beta free?
