Synology RAM Module is designed especially for selected Synology DiskStation models to expand memory capacity. While the applicable models are capable of holding one extra RAM module, the Synology RAM Module is fully-compatible and is the official recommended memory expansion kit. An installation guide is enclosed within the accessory kit to take you through the installation procedure.
