Switch Between Applications Instantly

DSM allows you to run multiple applications and place them on task bar all at once. Just click the app icon on task bar to bring back your favorite application, and click another to switch to another application instantly. You do not have to wait for the reloading of the web page anymore.

Resume Your Work

All running applications will be placed on taskbar and they won’t be shut-off when you switch to another application. You are just one-click away to be back on track at where you left off.

It may take hours to upload, copy or move your favorite movie collections on DiskStation from one volume to another. DiskStation is intelligent to perform these tasks in the background. Therefore you can now listen to music on Audio Station or keep working on whatever you were doing while upload tasks or any other file operations are queued and performed in the background.
